" The event is set for Thursday, November 12th, 2009 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Dalewood Middle School
" Louise will meet with the Principal, Dave Hazell to discuss event requirements - French Library will need to set up at 5 p.m. for the book sale in the foyer, they will require 5 to 6 long tables, CPF requires a screen, podium with microphone, table for projector and laptop in the auditorium for the speakers (parent portion), mats will be required in the gym for the entertainers (children portion)
" The show from the performers in the gym will last approximately 1 hour - the cost is $195 + $40 travel - the duo travels via GO and will need to be picked up at Columbia College - Louise agreed to take this on
" Roz mentioned due to the fact that the entertainment in the gym won't last as long as the event in the auditiorium, she will approach Mary from PetitesPommers to see if she can fill in the extra time entertaining the children for 15 minutes either before or after the duo
" It was suggested that if Mary is not available perhaps 2 students could cover off both ends
