Annual General Meeting Minutes of the Hamilton-Wentworth Executive

Total Number of Attendees: 110

1. This event was held in the gym at St. Joseph's School and was well attended. Félicitations to the CPF executive for hosting such a successful event!

2. Paddy Martell of OnLine Books held a French book sale and was kept hopping! She is a wonderful resource of information and very helpful regarding the best fit for the French reader.

3. Mary Clements (Les Petites Pommes French Camp Counsellor) did a wonderful job entertaining children at the kids craft corner and was run off her feet! We had to keep adding tables and chairs as more and more children wanted to be included. Bravo and well done Mary!

4. Marylyn Peringer told wonderful stories of French folklore and captivated the children and parents with magical stories of long ago.

5. Rosalind Minaji, President of the Hamilton Wentworth Chapter provided a brief summary due to the fact that the audience was anxious to get their children home to bed. An overview of the Chapter Activities in 2009/2010 was emailed the next day. Roz, great job detailing the successes of CPF Hamilton Chapter over the last year. It's due to your great leadership that the organization is such a success. We are happy to be a part of the committee and such exciting times.
